Proposal to create a secondary coop in London

The meeting is held at:

The meeting will be hybrid (Zoom Meeting link) but we encourage you
to attend in person, if possible, to our first forum in some time.

Agenda Points:

Proposal by Confederation of Housing Coops to create a secondary coop in London to carry out management and services, repairs and maintenance for housing coops (keeping the operations within coops, lowering costs, proper training development of staff etc).

Report back from our LFHC representative to the London Housing Panel, which liaises with GLA officers and advises/lobbies the GLA and Mayor on housing issues. Following the recent GLA elections, we may also have an official from the GLA in attendance to whom you can put questions etc.

Update on work of LFHC and tasks and goals in the next months.

LFHC events are open to all those interested in co-operative housing and resident led housing, whether or not you are members, but if your co-op is a member and has not paid its subs this year, or if you would like to join, a Membership renewal form is available for download here.
